Kokichi Ouma (王馬 小吉)A student who claims to be the "Supreme Leader of a secret society of over 10,000 members." Because he's an evil supreme leader, he will unabashedly tell lies and he is also an elusive person who admits to being a liar, says whatever he's thinking, and will shed crocodile tears. It's unknown if his secret society actually exists, but the SHSL Detective Shuuichi recalls something about a secret organization, so the matter is shrouded in mystery.

 He is murdered by Kaito Momota in chapter 5. After being attacked by Maki Harukawa, Kokichi teams up with Kaito Momota to create an unsolvable murder in order to end the killing game. Kokichi is then crushed by a hydraulic press until his body isn't recognizable.
 

 It's later revealed that Kokichi's organization was actually a group of pranksters that committed harmless pranks and petty crimes who he treated like family.
